By Cesar Hurtado, owner · Published
Early one Saturday morning, we swapped out a trailer for a client working at a Best Buy store in the Sawgrass area of Sunrise. We supplied the trailer; the demolition was the client's work, not ours.

What the job was
Our client had a project at a Best Buy store in Sawgrass. Their trailer needed to be swapped, and we did it early on a Saturday morning.
Our role was the trailer only. Sunshine supplied the trailer and did not do the demolition. The post didn't say what was being demolished or how many swaps the project needed overall.
The size and service we used
The service was a trailer swap: the loaded trailer came off the site and another went in its place. The post didn't record the trailer size.
In our pricing, a swap (Dump & Return) is charged as a new rental at the flat rate for your trailer size, for example $440 for a 21-yard. Details are on the pricing page.
Why that choice fit
In general, swaps keep a demolition project moving. A full trailer stops work, and waiting days for pickup and redelivery costs a crew more than the container does. Trading the full one for another keeps the site loading.
In general, an early start at a retail site can mean fewer cars to work around in the lot. Whether a particular time works depends on our schedule, so ask when you book.
