- Supplied a 21-yard dump trailer for 14 days; the national demolition contractor did the demolition.

What the job was
Our customer here was a national demolition contractor with a job at a Best Buy store in Boca Raton. They needed a trailer on site for the length of the work, which ran to a two-week rental.
We want to be precise about who did what: we supplied the trailer, and the contractor did the demolition.
The size and service we used
The contractor kept our 21-yard dump trailer for 14 days. At 16 feet long and 7 wide, with 5-foot walls, it carries a flat rate of $440.
Our standard rental includes 7 days and 1 ton. Longer rentals are simple: $50 per day accrues beginning on the 8th day after delivery.
Why that choice fit
In general, the 21-yard is designed for larger projects and heavier debris loads, which is why it's a common choice for commercial interior work. It holds more than the 18-yard while keeping the same 7 ft width.
Commercial demolition rarely finishes in a week. Keeping one trailer on site for the full job, instead of booking a second rental, can be simpler for a crew that loads steadily over several days.
Weight matters on demo work, since anything over the included ton is billed at $120 per ton. Our weight limits guide explains how to plan for it. Contractors can text job details to (954) 247-1399.
For heavier mixes, such as concrete or masonry, see the construction and demolition dumpsters page before you book.
