Dump trailer rentals
For remodel tear-outs and demolition debris, most jobs use our 18, 21 or 24-yard dump trailer, each at a flat rate with 7 days and 1 ton included. We supply the trailer; your crew or contractor does the demolition.

Your crew tears out and loads. Keep refrigerant appliances, paint and other prohibited items out of the trailer.

Ask for a Dump & Return when it is full, or call for final pickup when the demo is done.
Recommended sizes
Tear-out debris is a mix of bulky and heavy material, so most remodels land in the 18 to 24-yard range. Commercial demo crews have used our 21-yard for multi-week jobs.
On a dumpster rental, the demolition is yours or your contractor's. Our real jobs show that split clearly: in Boca Raton, a national demolition contractor handled the demolition at a Best Buy store while our 21-yard trailer stayed on site for 14 days, and a pool company handled its own pool deck demo in Weston while we supplied an 18-yard trailer.

Demolition permits are the responsibility of the owner or contractor doing the work. Check with your city's building department, or start with Broward County's building code page.
A rental works best when your crew can load as it goes. Tell us where the debris will come out of the building, whether that is a garage door, a back slider or a loading area, and we will suggest a trailer position that keeps the walk short and leaves room for deliveries of new materials.
Weight is the variable to watch. EPA conversion factors put clean gypsum board near 467 lb per cubic yard and clean dimensional lumber near 169 lb, while mixed C&D bulk averages about 484 lb. Concrete and tile are much heavier and are often better kept apart as clean fill.
Not accepted on a demo job: refrigerant appliances, tires, batteries, paint and paint cans, propane tanks, ammunition and hazardous materials. Finding any of these sends the load back to the site with a $100 surcharge. Older buildings may contain asbestos; the Florida DEP asbestos page has the state guidance.
In general, sorting pays off on bigger tear-outs. Pull cardboard and packaging out as new materials arrive so it does not eat space meant for demo debris, and stage concrete or tile separately if there is a lot of it.
