What does post-construction cleanup include?

Post-construction cleanup is the work between the build and the finish: getting the debris out and the site in order so painters, flooring installers, cabinet crews or the homeowner can get to work. It typically covers:

  • Drywall scraps, lumber offcuts, trim and old fixtures
  • Boxes, packaging, pallets and wrapping from deliveries
  • Torn-out materials left from demolition
  • Sweeping floors and work areas
  • Organizing the site so materials and tools that stay are out of the way

Tell us what stays — leftover tile for repairs, materials for the next phase, tools and equipment — and we'll work around it. We don't accept paint, chemicals, solvents or other hazardous materials, so keep those out of the debris piles.

Timing matters as much as the haul-off. A cleanup scheduled the day before flooring or cabinets arrive keeps the next crew from working around piles of scrap. Share your trade schedule and we will plan around it.

One-time cleanup or weekly pickups: which fits your project?

One-time cleanup fits a homeowner remodel or a single phase of a job: the debris builds up, then it all goes at once before the next trade comes in.

Weekly pickups fit longer builds and contractors running several sites. Debris goes out on a regular schedule instead of piling up, which keeps the site safer and easier to work on, and keeps HOAs and neighbors happier.

A dump trailer fits when your crew wants to load as they go. A dump trailer rental includes 7 days and 1 ton, with $50 per day after the included days and $120 per ton over the included weight.

Many projects use a mix: a trailer on site during the heavy phases, then a cleanup and sweep before finishing trades arrive. Text photos and your schedule to (954) 247-1399 and we'll suggest what fits.

On occupied homes, regular pickups also keep debris out of driveways and yards where family members and neighbors walk.

Dumpster sizes

Trailer sizes that fit this debris

Mixed construction debris is bulky, so an 18 yard trailer fits a remodel and a 24 yard fits larger builds. Drywall, tile and concrete add weight; each rental includes 1 ton and $120 per ton over that.

FAQ

Construction Debris Cleanup questions

Do you do construction cleanup for contractors?

Yes. We haul debris and sweep up sites for contractors and homeowners in Broward County, as one-time cleanups or weekly pickups.

Can you set up a recurring weekly debris pickup?

Yes. Weekly pickups keep debris from piling up on longer projects. Send your site details and schedule and we'll set it up.

What construction debris can't you take?

We don't accept hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, solvents, used oil, pesticides and asbestos. Dump trailers also can't take appliances with refrigerant, tires, batteries, paint cans or propane tanks.

Do you separate concrete from other debris?

Where possible, yes. Clean concrete, pavers and tile can often be kept separate as clean fill, and clean fill trailers are available upon request.
