Our recent cleanout jobs give a sense of scale. In Weston, a customer getting ready to move had a 21-yard trailer from Sunday through Thursday and filled it with furniture, boxes and household items. In Plantation, a repeat customer going through a tough transition needed a fast drop-off of a 21-yard trailer to clear a property.
At the large end, our crew cleared a full house in Weston before it was remodeled and resold, removing over 60 yards of household items using a 21-yard trailer. That job was junk removal, meaning we did the loading.
On the smaller side, a new Parkland homeowner used an 18-yard trailer for 7 days; it took the moving boxes, old furniture and construction debris cleared out ahead of move-in day.
The pattern across these jobs is that a cleanout grows as you work through it. Closets, attics and the garage tend to hold more than a first walk-through suggests, so if you are torn between two sizes, the larger one usually saves a second trip.
